Job Duties
- Market Vacant Units, generate leasing traffic, drive occupancy
- Ensure the property and units are Show-Ready*
- Conduct Tours of Ready Units
- Close the Sale and Process Applicants
- Coordinate Move Ins
- Oversee Maintenance personnel
- Oversee vendors for CapX projects, improvements, landscaping, etc
- Maintain an organized office, maintain organized files
- Follow fair housing guidelines and company policies and procedures
*MUST BE SERVICE DRIVEN!
Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of residential property management experience with a building of 100+ units. Supervising and Management experience required.
- Intermediate computer skills or better, be able to work independently and with a sense of urgency. Fair Housing knowledge a must. Favorable references required.
- Must be able to bend, walk, and sit for extended periods of time, must be able to lift 50 lbs., and occasionally work outside in all elements for inspections, property walks, and to pick up trash in the absence of maintenance.
